Unit 1: Welcome to the Studio
UNIT PHILOSOPHY
Every producer begins by learning their environment.
Professional producers don't simply "make beats." They organize ideas, build efficient workflows, listen critically, and communicate creatively.
Students will begin developing these habits immediately.
By the end of Unit 1, every student should feel comfortable walking into the classroom, opening Logic Pro 12, organizing a project, creating a simple musical arrangement, and explaining the creative decisions they made.
